We are seeking a Vibration Technician in our Taylor, MI location. On the job training will be provided as required. Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.What Youll Do:Work closely with our senior vibration technician to test and analyze spindles, ensuring vibration levels are within tolerance and set up run-off for finished product. Analyze vibration data to determine fault frequencies of bearing systems.Perform field balancing as required.Occasionally travel to customer sites to perform on-site vibration analysis.

What We Need from You:High School Diploma or equivalent; electro-mechanical associates degree or equivalent work experience is a plus.Certified in vibration analysis. Two years of experience as a Vibration Technician preferred.Proficiency with Emerson (CSI) 2120/2130/2140 is preferred.Ability to read blueprints, precision measure devices and knowledge of bearing assemblies. Knowledge of servo spindle drives is considered a plus.Strong mechanical understanding of industrial equipment.Troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.Effective communication skills (oral / written)No lifting restrictions
