Care Staff and Med Techs - Morning Shift

We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced Care Staff and Med Techs to join our team for the morning shift. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Administer medications and monitor residents’ health conditions in accordance with care plans
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Document and report any changes in residents’ health or behavior to the nursing team
- Follow all safety and health protocols to ensure a safe environment
- Collaborate with team members to deliver personalized and respectful care
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in senior care, healthcare, or assisted living preferred
- Certification as a Med Tech or willingness to obtain certification
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable and committed to long-term employment
- Ability to follow detailed care plans and safety procedures
