JOB DETAILS:

The Car Wash Attendant at Magic Touch Car Wash is responsible for delivering a clean, dry, shiny vehicle to customers in a manner that is safe, quick, and friendly while keeping the facility tidy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide excellent customer service promptly with a friendly attitude.

Share strong site and product knowledge to enhance the customer experience.

Help guests select products and services.

Guide guests to the wash entrance and lead vehicles onto the car wash conveyor.

Start the wash process and monitor equipment for potential issues.

Greet guests, converse with them, and answer their questions.

Make sure guests are happy with their wash and overall service.

Keep the environment safe, clean, and secure for both customers and staff inside and outside the facility.

Assist management with opening and closing tasks, including cleaning and minor maintenance.

Follow all company policies, programs, and procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
