Job Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods. This role supervises warehouse staff, maintains inventory accuracy, enforces safety standards, and ensures operational targets for productivity, quality, and cost are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shippingLead, train, and schedule warehouse staff to meet operational requirementsEnsure accurate inventory control through regular cycle counts and auditsMonitor warehouse performance metricsEnforce health, safety, and security procedures in compliance with company and regulatory standardsCoordinate with logistics, supply chain, and transportation teams to ensure timely dispatch and deliveryInvestigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, or operational issuesMaintain warehouse equipment and ensure proper use of forklifts, racking, and material handling toolsSupport continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse processes and layout

Required Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field3–6 years of warehouse experience, with at least 2-4 years in a supervisory roleStrong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management practicesExperience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Qualifications

Forklift or material handling equipment certificationExperience in an OEM manufacturing setting
