Remote GTM Enablement Lead

Accountabilities- Define and implement a global AI Content & Learning Strategy.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to align learning outcomes with business objectives.
- Oversee the execution of learning projects across various departments.
- Champion AI tools for content creation and workflow automation.
- Lead and develop a team of instructional designers and learning technologists.
- Establish scalable project governance and improvement processes.
- Implement AI analytics to measure learning effectiveness and ROI.
- Stay updated with industry trends in AI and instructional design.
- 10+ years of experience in learning strategy or instructional design.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale learning initiatives globally.
- Experience in applying AI technologies in learning contexts.
- Ability to manage complex projects across cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills for conveying a strategic vision.
- Experience in leading teams of learning professionals for 5+ years.
- Familiarity with learning technologies such as LMS/LXP platforms.
- Skills in data analytics to assess learning program impact.
