Summary:
The Human Resources Manager will lead and direct the daily functions of the HR department, including recruiting, employee relations, benefits, compensation, compliance, and performance management. This role partners closely with leadership to support talent strategy, workforce development, and organizational effectiveness.
As a Human Resources Manager, you will:
- Lead and manage all HR functions including recruiting, employee relations, benefits, compensation, and compliance
- Oversee HR staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and daily workflow management
- Partner with leadership to execute talent strategies aligned with business goals and workforce needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for key roles and collaborate with hiring managers on staffing needs
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues, investigations, and disciplinary actions
- Analyze compensation and benefits trends to support competitive and effective programs
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs to improve operational efficiency
- Oversee HRIS systems, reporting, and KPI tracking for HR performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Support training and development initiatives to enhance employee growth and retention
- Visit job sites and interact with employees to support engagement and HR initiatives
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and regulatory compliance
- Proven leadership experience managing HR teams and supporting organizational growth
- Experience with HRIS systems and talent management platforms
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in sensitive situations
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- Masters degree preferred
Certifications:
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred
Salary: $80K-$90K
