GALAXY LIFTS – SALES SPECIALIST

Galaxy Lifts is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join as a Retail Sales Specialist, a critical role in growing the sales of our products direct to end users from leads generated through our website and other digital marketing applications not handled by one of our dealers.

WHAT THE ROLE DOES:

  • Communicate with potential customers through our CRM system (HubSpot), phone and video to answer questions and close transactions.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal functions, including Customer Service, Operations, Fulfillment and Marketing regarding pricing, delivery, training, product manufacturing and availability.
  • Grow territory through business development efforts.
  • Provide market feedback to the National Sales Manager.
  • Bring innovative thinking and problem solving to bear on customer issues.
  • Always act with the highest ethical standards, in adherence with company principles and values.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • 3+ years of Sales and/or Sales Management experience with products sold direct to end users or with industrial or safety products.
  • Familiarity with construction and industrial-related practices and procedures.
  • Technically astute with excellent phone etiquette and presentation skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office required and experience with CRM applications (HubSpot) a plus.??
  • Aggressive and diligent attitude in meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Local to Mabank-Athens, TX or willing to relocate.
  • Highly ethical, positive culture addition, self-motivated.
