About This Position
PATIENT SERVICE STAFFING ASSISTANT

DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
-
The Healthcare Staffing Assistant, under the direction of the Healthcare Center Operations Manager, works closely with the Supervisors to effectively staff the Healthcare Centers and Immediate Care Centers. In addition, facilitates efficiency in day to day operations of the healthcare centers in the areas of customer service, recruitment, processing payroll, planning events (i.e. education activities/meetings/presentations), data collection and preparation of reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

Professional/Educational
-
High School Diploma preferred.

Related College Classes preferred.
-
CPR Certification strongly recommended.

Proficiency in multiple computer applications.

Personal
-
Experience in Ambulatory Care Clinics.

Computer knowledge and clerical / business office functions.
-
Ability to teach and direct other office personnel.
-
Works effectively with others, possessing tact, discretion and diplomacy.

Possesses the ability to work under pressure.

Actual pay will be determined by qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
