We are opening a brand-new warehouse and fulfillment center in Austin, TX and are hiring across multiple roles to build our founding operations team. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help stand up a modern, high-volume warehouse operation with a strong focus on systems, process design, and operational excellence.
Overview
We are seeking hands-on Warehouse Supervisors to help launch and lead daily operations in a new facility. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building processes, and is highly comfortable working within warehouse systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse and fulfillment operations (receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping)
- Support setup and ongoing management of customer records in WMS, especially for high-volume accounts
- Help establish workflows, SOPs, and operational standards in a new facility
- Lead, train, and develop warehouse associates
- Monitor KPIs, productivity, and inventory accuracy
- Troubleshoot operational and system-related issues
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, including handling of regulated goods (e.g., lithium batteries – Class 9)
- Partner with leadership to continuously improve processes and system utilization
Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment operations
- Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Strong familiarity with WMS platforms and inventory systems
- Tech-comfortable; able to quickly learn and adapt to new tools
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $55k-$70k/ Year (based on experience)
