Garden State Tile, a premier luxury tile distributor since 1957, is looking for an exceptional Credit and Collections Associate to join our dedicated corporate team. In this role, you will be a key player in our financial operations, ensuring seamless revenue cycles while maintaining the high-standard client relationships that define our brand.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage Receivables: Ensure the accurate and timely application of billings and credit lines to support our 16 locations.
• Solve Problems: Proactively address account discrepancies and collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve disputes.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain high standards of collection activities in accordance with state and federal laws.
• Maintain Partnerships: Foster positive, professional relationships with clients and internal team members through elite interpersonal service.

Who You Are:

• A Technical Pro: Preferably experienced with Avalara and Epicor Prophet 21 technology.
• Detail-Oriented: A master of time management with a proven ability to hit deadlines and solve complex billing puzzles.
• Communication-Focused: An expert at balancing firm collection practices with a "concierge service-first" attitude.
• Team-Minded: Ready to support our marketing, purchasing, and sales departments from our Wall Township corporate office.
