About the Role
Azure Standard is looking for a Workplace Bilingual Language Instructor to support practical English and Spanish language learning in our workplace. This role helps strengthen communication, safety, confidence, and connection among our team members.
This position works closely with the Workplace Bilingual Language Coordinator and reports to the Director of People & Culture. The instructor will provide workplace-focused language instruction that helps employees better understand one another, communicate clearly, and grow in their roles.
This is a meaningful role for someone who enjoys teaching, encouraging others, and helping people feel more confident and equipped at work.
What You’ll Do- Teach practical workplace English and/or Spanish language classes to employees.
- Support employees in building confidence with speaking, listening, reading, and basic workplace writing.
- Use real workplace examples, vocabulary, and role play to help employees apply what they are learning.
- Incorporate language related to safety, operations, leadership communication, policies, and daily workplace interactions.
- Work with the Workplace Bilingual Language Coordinator on lesson plans, class schedules, learning goals, and employee participation.
- Provide feedback on employee progress, participation, and learning needs.
- Create a welcoming and respectful learning environment for employees at different language levels.
- Encourage cultural understanding and stronger communication between English-speaking and Spanish-speaking team members.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all employee interactions.

- Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, food production, logistics, agriculture, or similar workplace environments.
- Familiarity with workplace safety language and operational training needs.
- Experience creating simple lesson plans, handouts, or learning activities.
