Groundskeeper / Porter at Tarantino Senior Living Communities – Richmond, Texas

Tarantino Properties is now hiring Groundskeeper / Porter in Richmond for our apartment community.

Responsibilities:

· Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris

· Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces

· Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas

· Maintain dumpster and trash areas

· Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed

· Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management

· Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents

· Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

· Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

· Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs
