About This Position
The City of Yuba City is currently recruiting for a Risk Analyst for the Administration Department!
The Risk Analyst will serve as the central coordination point for all City risk management activities. This newly created position is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive risk management programs including liability, property, workers' compensation, and safety programs. The Risk Analyst will establish systems and processes to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks to City operations, personnel, property, and financial resources. This position requires collaboration across all City departments and with external partners including the City's joint powers authority, insurance carriers, legal counsel, and regulatory agencies.

This role will lead risk management efforts for the City Manager's Office and may be hired at the level I or II (depending upon the applicant's qualifications) of the Administrative Analyst series.
