Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service on all calls and online inquiries
Recommend/sell moving services, products, supplies, equipment, and other value-added services based on cost, availability, and customer specifications
Input information into internal move software to provide accurate moving estimates and schedule moves
Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals and customer satisfaction goals
Obtain customer feedback through follow-up calls, both during and after moves; calmly and professionally handle customer concerns
Prepare move-related paperwork and documents
Utilize your sales expertise to secure critical sales
Continually maintain a thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing and promotions in order to communicate the benefits and value of TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® and effectively oppose any customer objections
All other duties as assigned

Requirements

Must be local and willing to commute to the Highland Park office
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
Accurate; consistent attention to detail
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Ability to multi-task and enter customer data into move software while on the phone
Demonstrated understanding and application of effective selling strategies and techniques; confidence to initiate customer contact, and comfortable asking for the sale
Strong team player who works productively with a wide range of people and personalities
Basic computer/keyboarding skills
Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Core Values
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
