About the Role:

As an Engineer 2, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing engineering solutions that meet project requirements and company standards. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of technical projects, contributing your expertise to improve product performance and reliability. This position requires a strong analytical mindset to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize existing systems. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 2+ years of professional engineering experience in a relevant industry.
  • Proficiency in core engineering principles and practices applicable to the role.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with specific tools or technologies relevant to the company’s products (e.g., CAD software, programming languages, simulation tools).
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, and test engineering solutions in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to define technical requirements and deliverables.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical problems, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Prepare detailed documentation including design specifications, test plans, and progress reports.
  • Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and team meetings to ensure quality and alignment with project goals.
  • Continuously improve engineering processes and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
