- In-home sales

- Direct sales or commission-based sales

- Company-generated, pre-qualified leads provided daily
- No cold calling or self-prospecting required
- Paid training upon successful completion of product knowledge and sales process

Compensation & Earnings Potential- First-year average earnings: $80,000–$150,000+

- Deliver consultative, relationship-driven sales presentations
- Use AI visualization tools to help customers envision project outcomes
- Measure projects and provide customized pricing solutions
- Present financing options with same-day approvals
- Close sales and create an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
- Proven sales experience preferred, especially in-home or commission-based sales
- Strong closing, negotiation, and communication skills
- Confidence presenting to homeowners in a one-on-one setting

Additional Requirements & Work Conditions:
This is a 1099 independent contractor role offering schedule flexibility and uncapped earning potential. Candidates must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and the ability to travel locally to customer appointments. An iPad is required for conducting sales presentations and managing customer information.
The role involves conducting in-home sales consultations and requires the ability to enter and navigate residential properties with varying layouts, stairs, and environmental conditions, as well as lift and carry sales materials or product samples weighing up to 30 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
