As a Product Owner within the Business Unit Consumer Goods & Industry, you play a crucial role in the ongoing development of the HR and Workforce Management domain. You will be part of the BSG Systems Department and will be responsible for translating business needs into concrete IT solutions. Your responsibilities include:

• Point of Contact: You act as the central point of contact for senior management and serve as the link between business and technical teams.
• Requirements Analysis: You gather and evaluate functional requirements from end-users and other stakeholders, ensuring they are translated into a clear product vision.
• Project Management: You manage projects and change requests, including scope, budget, and planning, ensuring smooth implementation.
• Supplier Management: You maintain contact with external suppliers, manage contracts, and closely monitor performance.
• Training and Documentation: You coordinate the development of onboarding and training materials and support implementation through the 'train-the-trainer' principle.

• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree or have equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in IT project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Language skills: Dutch, English, and French.
• Willingness to undertake short assignments abroad if required.
