We are currently seeking a CRM Intern who can commit full time for at least 3 months to join our team and help drive customer engagement through data-driven CRM strategies, customer journey optimisation, and lifecycle initiatives.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with data, and turning insights into action. You'll gain practical experience in CRM, customer engagement, experimentation, and lifecycle strategy while collaborating with a cross-functional team.
From building customer journeys and launching campaigns to analysing results and optimising performance, you'll have the opportunity to own projects end-to-end and make a meaningful impact on how we engage our customers.
As a CRM Intern, you will:
- Design and build customer communication templates and CRM workflows using tools such as Figma and Braze
- Configure CRM journeys, including audience segmentation, triggers, scheduling, and delivery rules
- Plan and execute A/B tests across messaging, content, timing, and customer segments
- Build and optimise customer lifecycle journeys, including onboarding, activation, engagement, and re-engagement flows
- Design and run experiments to improve customer engagement, retention, and conversion
- Track and analyse key performance metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and revenue impact, and share insights and recommendations
- Work with tools such as Braze, Figma, Claude, and Gemini to support CRM and customer engagement initiatives (no prior experience required)
What you should have:
- Polytechnic graduate or University undergraduate in any discipline
- Logical thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
- Organised and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
- Comfortable working with data and drawing insights from customer behaviour and engagement trends
- Familiarity with SQL is a bonus, but not required
- Prior experience with CRM platforms, design tools, analytics tools, or AI tools is not required
- Able to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 3 to 6 months
