We're seeking high-performing and sales-driven individuals to join our team in the Eau Claire, Wisconsin area. In this critical role, you'll be instrumental in driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction is a top priority, all within a thriving, key market.

Your Role: As a vital member of our dynamic sales team, you will guide customers toward achieving their wellness goals. Our robust training program will ensure you thoroughly understand our sales process, enabling you to engage confidently with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of your personal sales metrics and goals
• Engage customers through a consultative sales approach
• Process transactions and provide guidance on financing options
• Ensure timely and consistent follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction

Working Hours:

• Weekdays: 10 AM – 6 PM
• Saturdays: 10 AM – 4 PM
• Sundays: Off

Physical Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a weekly basis
• Ability to reach overhead into shelving units to maintain inventory
• Ability to work independently in a store during scheduled shifts
