Job Description
At Hello Adorn, our online store is more than a place to check out. For most customers, it's where they first meet the brand. As our Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll keep our Shopify store running smoothly, make sure the ads that bring people to it are working, and own the reporting that shows how the business is doing.
This is a hands-on role for someone who likes both the platform and the numbers. One day you're building a launch in Shopify, the next you're optimizing Meta campaigns, and every week you're turning it into a clear read in Tableau.
About Us
Hello Adorn is a fast-growing, design-forward handmade jewelry brand, rooted in quality craftsmanship, a clear brand vision, and a commitment to exceptional customer experience. With both a thriving direct-to-consumer e-commerce presence and a brick-and-mortar flagship store, we offer a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment where creative vision and strategic thinking thrive. As we scale, Hello Adorn remains committed to growing a beautiful brand from a culture of happiness.
What You'll Do
Ecommerce comes first in this role. You'll own day-to-day Shopify operations and our app stack, run paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google, and build the dashboards and tests that help the team make better decisions. You'll report to our Manager, Digital Commerce Systems, and partner with brand, social, email and SMS, our flagship store, and customer care on data and platform needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day Shopify admin, including products, variants, collections, metafields, discounts, and settings
- Build product launches, weekly releases, and promotions in Shopify so they go live on time and correctly
- Administer and troubleshoot our app stack, including loyalty, subscription, reviews, returns, and CRM platforms
- Keep product data clean and consistent across Shopify, our ERP, and connected platforms
- Support site merchandising and landing pages alongside our marketing team and developer
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google within established account structures and budgets
- Maintain naming conventions, audiences, exclusions, pixels, and conversion tracking
- Refresh creative within campaigns and flag ad fatigue, high frequency, or spend that isn't converting
- Report weekly on spend, ROAS, and CTR by campaign, including week-over-week and trailing trends
- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and the Tableau Prep flows that feed them from Shopify and ad platforms
- Maintain the team scorecard so every metric is clearly defined, consistently sourced, and trusted across teams
- Analyze sales, campaign, and promotion performance to explain why results happened, not just what happened
- Support cohort and repeat-purchase reporting
- Design and run A/B tests on site and in ads, read results objectively (including when there's no effect), and keep a record of past tests
Schedule
This is a part-time, in-person contract role based at Hello Adorn’s headquarters. The expected schedule is approximately 20-25 hours per week.
Required:
- 1–2 years of hands-on Shopify admin experience, including products, collections, discounts, apps, and theme basics
- Hands-on campaign management in Meta Ads Manager, plus working experience with TikTok Ads and Google Ads
- Working knowledge of Tableau or a similar BI tool, with the ability to build dashboards, not just read them
- Understanding of pixels, UTMs, attribution windows, and why platform reporting differs
- Comfort with basic test design and a clear sense of what a result can and can't show
Preferred:
- DTC or retail e-commerce experience
- Experience with Tableau Prep, SQL, ShopifyQL
- Experience with CRM, loyalty, subscription, or returns platforms
- Experience with an ERP or syncing product data across systems
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in platform setup and data
- Analytical thinking focused on root causes, not just reporting
- Ability to explain findings clearly to teammates who won't read the methodology
- Willingness to share honest results, even when they aren't the answer someone hoped for
- Strong organization and the ability to juggle launches, campaigns, and deadlines at once
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
