Essential Job Functions
- Organizes routine to assure that work is of professional quality and competed in a timely manner.
- Uses AIDET with all external and internal customers.
- Directs all medical issues/questions to the providers nurse. Nurse will return phone call if not available.
- Courteously answers telephone calls and schedules appropriate appointments for providers.
- Scans all necessary documents into EPIC.
- Keeps surgeons calendars updated.
- Sends thank you noted to clinical patients.
- Assist in recording LEM goals.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
