Accountabilities

You will lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale technical and product programs, ensuring scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics are clearly defined and actively managed. You will establish and maintain governance frameworks that provide visibility into program health and support executive decision-making.

  • Drive full program lifecycle delivery across multiple cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and outcomes
  • Build and maintain governance structures, dashboards, and reporting to communicate progress, risks, and dependencies
  • Partner closely with product, engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders to translate complex initiatives into actionable plans
  • Identify, manage, and escalate risks, blockers, and dependencies while proactively driving mitigation strategies
  • Support Agile delivery practices and help enable high-performing, self-organizing teams
  • Prepare executive-level reporting, presentations, and decision-support materials to guide strategic direction
  • Facilitate alignment across distributed stakeholders and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Ensure delivery rigor while operating in ambiguous and fast-changing environments
Requirements

You bring extensive experience leading technical program delivery in complex enterprise environments, with a strong ability to bridge technical depth and strategic execution. You are highly skilled in stakeholder management and can influence senior leaders without direct authority.

  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management or related delivery leadership roles
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end delivery across large, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and enterprise Agile program execution
  • Experience working closely with product, engineering, and architecture teams in complex environments
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and communicate system design and technical concepts
  • Demonstrated ability to manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and delivery trade-offs
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong executive communication skills, including reporting, facilitation, and stakeholder alignment
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced, and evolving environments
  • Experience with digital transformation, consulting, or enterprise-scale programs is an asset
Benefits
  • Competitive contract compensation aligned with senior-level market rates
  • Fully remote work environment within Canada
  • Opportunity to work on large-scale, enterprise transformation programs
  • Exposure to senior leadership and executive-level decision-making processes
  • Collaboration with global, cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and architecture
  • Dynamic and fast-paced environment with high-impact delivery ownership
  • Opportunity to influence program governance and delivery best practices
