As a UX Writer, you will play a key role in shaping intuitive and engaging digital experiences across a growing suite of products and markets. Working closely with product managers, designers, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will craft clear, user-centered content that helps customers navigate complex concepts with ease. This role offers the opportunity to influence product strategy, contribute to content systems and AI-driven initiatives, and ensure consistency across multiple touchpoints. You will join a collaborative, remote-first environment where curiosity, ownership, and experimentation are highly valued. The position is ideal for a content professional who enjoys solving complex problems through language and creating experiences that deliver meaningful value to users.

Accountabilities
  • Create clear, concise, and user-focused content that supports seamless experiences across web and mobile products.
  • Collaborate closely with product designers, product managers, developers, and business stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the design process by developing content strategies, user flows, microcopy, and messaging frameworks that enhance usability and engagement.
  • Support expansion into new markets by adapting content to different audiences and ensuring linguistic and cultural relevance.
  • Help establish and maintain AI-enabled content foundations, workflows, and best practices.
  • Participate in strategic product discussions, identifying opportunities to improve user experiences through content and communication.
  • Use research insights, user feedback, analytics, and testing results to inform content decisions and continuously improve product experiences.
  • Promote consistency across products by contributing to content standards, guidelines, and scalable content systems.
Requirements
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UX writing, content design, or digital product writing capabilities.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts into intuitive user experiences.
  • Native-level or near-native English proficiency and strong professional proficiency in German.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including design, product, engineering, marketing, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of UX principles, content design methodologies, and the role of content within the overall user experience.
  • Familiarity with user research methods, usability testing, and data-informed decision-making.
  • Experience working with AI-powered tools and integrating AI workflows into content creation processes.
  • Ability to work autonomously, proactively identify opportunities, and contribute strategic thinking beyond day-to-day execution.
  • Experience working across international teams and multicultural environments.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Figma, content management or localization platforms, and collaborative workflow tools is considered an advantage.
  • Additional experience in content strategy, information architecture, Agile environments, or UX design is a plus.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary package ranging from €35,000 to €45,000 gross annually.
  • Stock options through the company’s equity incentive program.
  • Fully remote work environment across Europe.
  • Flexible compensation and benefits package.
  • MacBook provided for work.
  • €500 onboarding budget to create an effective home office setup.
  • €2,000 annual professional development budget for learning, tools, equipment, and remote work support.
  • Comprehensive health insurance with options for family coverage, depending on location.
  • 25 paid vacation days per year.
  • 3 additional caring days annually to support personal projects with social impact.
  • Additional paid parental leave beyond local legal requirements.
  • Birthday leave and additional time off for children's birthdays.
  • Annual in-person team gatherings and company events.
  • Inclusive, collaborative, and diverse work culture focused on growth, autonomy, and impact.
