As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that support regional business objectives. You will partner with sales, alliances, and internal teams to drive pipeline growth, improve customer engagement, and optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights.
- Create and execute quarterly and annual regional go-to-market plans focused on customer acquisition, retention, cross-sell opportunities, and lead conversion.
- Understand regional market dynamics, customer needs, and business priorities to influence campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Adapt global marketing materials and messaging to align with local market requirements.
- Manage integrated marketing programs, demand generation campaigns, and growth initiatives across multiple channels.
- Deliver digital marketing activities, including virtual events, lead generation campaigns, and email nurturing programs from planning through follow-up.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights using CRM and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with sales, channel partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure successful execution of marketing programs.
- Manage marketing budgets, resources, and external partners while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Drive continuous process improvements and introduce innovative approaches to increase marketing impact.

- Progressive experience developing demand generation and regional marketing programs within a high-tech B2B environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience managing third-party providers, agencies, conferences, demand generation partners, and marketing vendors.
- Proven ability to support sales teams and partner organizations through effective field marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize results.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership, solve problems, and continuously improve processes.
- Interest in leveraging AI technologies to improve workflows, decision-making, efficiency, and business performance.
- Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise technology markets is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is required; Spanish proficiency is an advantage.
