About 123Dentist
At 123Dentist, we are redefining the future of dental care across Canada. As one of the country's largest and fastest-growing networks of dental practices, with more than 475 locations and over 7,000 employees, we empower dentists with the tools, resources, and support they need to focus on what matters most: their patients. Our teams span HR, finance, operations, marketing, and more, all working together to help our network grow and thrive.
About the Role
This is a unique role that sits at the intersection of HR operations and growth. As HR Acquisition Integration Analyst, you will be the primary HR lead for integrating newly acquired dental practices into the 123Dentist network, while also supporting employee lifecycle administration and leave management across the organization.
No two integrations are the same. You will review and assess payroll practices, benefit programs, retirement plans, HR policies, and employee data, then build transition plans that set new teams up for success from day one. You will work closely with Operations, Payroll, Mergers and Integrations, Benefits, and clinic leadership to coordinate activity and deliver a positive employee experience throughout the process.
If you are an organized, people-focused HR professional who thrives on complexity, enjoys variety in your day, and wants to play a hands-on role in a growing organization, this role is built for you.

- Coordinate employee leaves of absence including medical, disability, parental, personal, and statutory leaves
- Collect, track, and maintain leave-related documentation and records
- Liaise with employees, managers, Payroll, Benefits, and third-party providers on leave administration requirements and status updates

- Act as a resource to managers and employees on lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, employment changes, internal transfers, compensation updates, and organizational changes
