Summary:
We are looking for a motivated new graduate to join our team as a Business Analyst. This role combines accounting, financial analysis, and digital transformation. You'll gain hands-on experience with accounting processes while using tools such as Power BI, Workato, and AI technologies to analyze data, automate workflows, and improve business processes. The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), or project accounting.
  • Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
  • Support month-end close and financial reporting.
  • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for financial analysis.
  • Help streamline accounting processes by integrating systems using tools such as Workato, AI tools and other automation solutions.
  • Participate in digital transformation and process improvement initiatives.
  • Support other accounting tasks and special projects as needed.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in data analytics, automation, and business process improvement.
  • Experience with Power BI, including creating dashboards, reports, and data models.
  • Experience with system integration, automation or AI tools is an asset.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working in an office environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • A team player with a proactive approach to improving processes.

This is an on-site position, so relocation will be required. Remote work is not supported at this time.
