Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to pricing, product information, order status, shipment updates, and issue resolutionCommunicate regularly with buyers, brokers, and sales teams to support order management, deliveries, and customer needsCommunicate order fulfillment status, delays, and service issues to internal teams including Supply Planning, Logistics Management, Sales, and Customer OperationsPerform administrative tasks including invoice approvals, maintaining various department documents and files as well as other related tasksAssist in resolving order, shipping, and delivery issues in a timely and professional mannerPerform other duties as assignedQualifications

2+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, order management, or a related fieldAssociate degree or higher preferredExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills across all levels of an organizationHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in data entry and order processingExperience with SAP, EDI, or similar systems preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPointBilingual skills are a plus
