Job Description
AdvancedPCB is seeking a reliable, motivated Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our growing team. The Shipping & Receiving Clerk will perform all duties related to the receipt, processing, storage, and shipment of materials and finished goods, including receiving and recording inventory, preparing shipments, transporting packages, and ensuring the accurate and timely movement of products while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Essential Job Function:
- Transport packages to and from destinations in a safe and timely manner
- Interacts with clients/vendors professionally at all times
- Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies
- Receive, process and record data from warehouse product returns
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Must be able to work Overtime and Saturday as required
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience with Microsoft office with an emphasis on Microsoft excel
- Experience with shipping applications (UPS) (FED EX)
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
- Ability to lift and pack boxes (up to 50 LBS)
- Punctual and Reliable
- Quick learner
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Have a valid driver’s license
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to traverse distribution and access a variety of storage spaces and shelving units by stretching, squatting, and reaching.
- Ability to lift and pack boxes (up to 50 LBS)
- Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the shipping department and on the loading dock.
Compensation: Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
