Job Description

Overview: The Integrated Supply Chain Planner is responsible for all integrated supply planning master data management and analytics within the IPC Supply Chain. The ideal candidate can progress data management initiatives, drive the system (Vanguard) preparation for analysis, testing, training, and enhancements, while leveraging integrated business planning (IBP) process and best practice to create and publish key performance indicators (KPS) and objective and key results (OKR) to support Subway restaurants and IPC internal processes.

  • Identify areas of opportunity to drive agility and reduce non-value work within the IPC Planning Teams by creating or enhancing tools and reports in areas such as inventory projections and drivers, stock parameter calculations, and Supply Chain OKRs.
  • Design and document specifications for new reporting and tools utilizing and enhancing the current best practices in the divisions by gathering input from all stakeholders.
  • Standardize data inputs, outputs, related process for Integrated Planning Team.
  • Represent the IPC Planning Teams with IT to develop Data sources and define common KPI calculation and data rule definitions as well as update or eliminate legacy data and KPIs no longer in use.
  • Create data visualizations, such as PowerBI and Tableau dashboards, to facilitate business decisions and root cause analysis.
  • Responsible for leading the roll-out and sun-setting of reports and tools including testing, piloting, and training end users.
  • Responsible for collaborating with IPC Integrated Planning team and IPC cross functional teams on creation of visuals used across sourcing, distribution, and logistics teams.
  • Business Lead for Integrated Planning tools and reports.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert by modifying them as business changes occur, reviewing user requests, incorporating enhancements and being responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of the information.
  • Foster change management through training, documentation, and coaching.
  • Proactively drive change within the organization to improve data quality and accuracy in reporting.
  • All duties as reasonably assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain or Information Systems is required.
  • 4 years’ Supply Chain Planning experience in QSR industry.
  • 4 years’ experience in working with large data sets and conducting analysis using MicroStrategy and Tableau.
  • 2 years’ Tableau or PowerBI dashboard creation experience.
  • Advanced Excel experience (pivot tables, databases, macros, etc.)
  • Proficient and broad understanding of Supply Chain operations and supporting systems..

Travel: This job does not require international travel. Occasionally, local travel within driving distance, and overnight domestic travel may be required.

Work Conditions: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly sitting for long periods of time. This is a full-time position. Standard office hours of Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST. This position may require additional work hours outside these work hours, including weekends to complete job requirements
