We are currently looking for compassionate, dependable, and motivated Part-Time Behavioral Technicians who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children and families.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with toddlers, children, and teenagers and wants to grow within the field of ABA. Previous ABA experience is helpful, but our team provides extensive paid, on-the-job training to help employees feel prepared and supported in their role.

Position Summary

As a Behavioral Technician, you will become an important part of our Clinical Team. You will work one-on-one with clients while receiving ongoing guidance and supervision from Case Supervisors, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and company trainers.

Your work will focus on helping clients develop important communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to assigned clients.

  • Implementing programs related to skill acquisition, behavior reduction, measurement, and assessment.

  • Reviewing client goals and implementing them using the correct materials, activities, and teaching strategies.

  • Using Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET) strategies.

  • Collecting accurate ABC narrative data, frequency data, and other required client information.

  • Demonstrating an understanding of the functions of behavior and how client data relates to treatment progress.

  • Completing timely and accurate documentation and session reports.

  • Using paper-based and electronic documentation systems, including CentralReach and other company-approved platforms.

  • Maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of all client and employee information.

  • Discussing client information only with authorized members of the client’s Clinical Team.

  • Developing positive and professional relationships with clients, families, coworkers, supervisors, and community members.

  • Following HIPAA requirements and all company policies and procedures.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for team members who are patient, caring, dependable, and excited to help children reach meaningful goals.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.

  • Must have a passion for positively impacting a child’s life.

  • Must have prior experience working with toddlers, children, and/or teenagers in any capacity.

  • Must be willing to complete all required paid training and ongoing supervision.

  • Must be able to maintain professional boundaries and protect confidential information.

  • Must be able to stand, sit, twist, kneel, bend, walk, and engage with clients on the floor for extended periods.

  • Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds without assistance.

Why Join 360 Human Services?

At 360 Human Services, you will be part of a supportive clinical team that values collaboration, professional growth, and compassionate care. We are committed to providing employees with the training, guidance, and support needed to succeed.

If you are looking for meaningful work where you can help children make progress and celebrate their achievements, we encourage you to apply.
