- PFP Logistics is a third-party (3PL) Staffing Company that works in Warehouses' Shipping and Receiving Departments across the nation.
- We are contracted to staff and manage the following positions: Loading and Unloading, Equipment Operators, Order Selection, Pallet Re-Stack, Labeling, and Facility Sanitation.

About the role
Reliable, discreet, and proactive individual needed to provide personal and property support for a local logistics company CEO. Role covers a primary residence and a 2,000 sq ft office building. Combines hands-on cleaning/maintenance with administrative, errand, and travel support.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain residence and office building
- Basic weekly landscaping at both properties
- Laundry and household organization
- Home gym cleaning and upkeep
- Basic exterior and interior vehicle/motorcycle washing
- Manage vehicle maintenance, insurance, tax, and registration documents
- Coordinate building maintenance vendors and service calls
- Maintain office supply inventory
- Run errands and grocery shopping
- Assist with personal and business travel (booking, packing, airport runs)
- Research and solve day-to-day problems
- Occasional driving for owner or guests
- Infrequent selling of personal items on owner’s behalf
- Handle additional requests with limited notice
Schedule
Core routine work Monday–Friday ~9am–1pm. Total hours typically 20–30 per week. Last-minute requests paid at regular rate.
Requirements
- Live in or very near Avondale / Charleston area
- Reliable personal vehicle and clean driving record (mileage reimbursed)
- Extremely trustworthy and discreet
- Strong attention to detail, self-directed, and good problem-solver
- Comfortable with physical work + light administrative tasks
- Background check, drug screen, and NDA required
- All tools and supplies provided or purchased on company card
Preferred
Prior experience in private household support, property management, hospitality, or similar multi-skilled roles. Professionalism and operational judgment are more important than any single job title.
