IMS Trainer- subcontract in India at Jobgether

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a IMS Trainer- subcontract based in India.

This role offers an opportunity to deliver high-quality Integrated Management System (IMS) training for clients across a range of operational and technical environments.
You will combine audit expertise, training design, facilitation, and client engagement to build practical learning experiences.
The position requires confidence delivering training both face-to-face and virtually, using a variety of learning styles and techniques.
You will contribute to innovative training solutions while helping clients strengthen their management systems and organizational capabilities.
An engineering background can add valuable technical depth, particularly across industrial, mechanical, safety, environmental, energy, or nuclear disciplines.
The role also involves building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to develop new business and tailored solutions.
As a contractor, you should be comfortable travelling and spending periods away from home to support client engagements.

• Design, prepare, deliver, and evaluate effective IMS training programs tailored to client requirements.
• Deliver engaging training through both face-to-face and virtual formats, adapting delivery methods to different audiences and learning needs.
• Apply a broad range of training and learning styles, techniques, and methodologies to create effective learning experiences.
• Use practical knowledge gained through IMS auditing and training experience to provide relevant, high-quality instruction.
• Work closely with client organizations to understand their requirements and provide appropriate training solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels within client organizations and influence positive learning outcomes.
• Develop innovative training approaches and continuously identify opportunities to improve training design, delivery, and evaluation.
• Support the development of client relationships and proactively identify potential business opportunities aligned with client needs.
• Prepare and maintain training materials, presentations, documentation, and relevant reports using Microsoft Office tools.
• Maintain professional training and auditing standards while supporting high-quality client outcomes.
• Travel as required and spend periods away from home to deliver training and support client engagements.

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant subject.
• Nationally recognized qualification in training design, delivery, and evaluation.
• Proven experience working as an IMS Auditor.
• Proven experience as a signed-off or authorized trainer, with a demonstrable track record in innovative training design.
• Lead Auditor registration with a recognized professional body.
• Evidence of competency in both face-to-face and virtual training, including a Train the Trainer qualification or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of a wide range of training and learning styles, techniques, and methodologies.
• Engineering academic background is an advantage, particularly in Industrial, Mechanical, Safety, Environmental, Energy, or Nuclear disciplines.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of client organizations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant business tools.
• Proactive and commercially aware approach, with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities and client relationships.
• Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and ability to work independently in client-facing environments.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly and spend time away from home.
