  • Help develop, implement, and maintain team processes and quality standards that support consistent and compliant service delivery.

  • Analyze production and operational workflows to identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend and implement process improvements that support organizational change and operational goals.

  • Communicate regularly with panel appraisers to reinforce quality requirements, clarify expectations, and promote adherence to established processes.

  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and subject-matter support to panel appraisers, peers, and other stakeholders as needed.

  • Address customer quality concerns and feedback, coordinating resolutions while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Build and maintain productive relationships with customer contacts and use their feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Partner with team leadership and appraisal quality stakeholders to maintain high standards and support broader organizational objectives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree or quality-related certification such as Six Sigma Black Belt or Certified Quality Engineer is encouraged.

  • 7–10 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a closely related discipline, with demonstrated success managing quality metrics and driving process improvements.

  • Proven experience in real estate appraisal production and appraisal report review.

  • Active Certified Residential or Certified General Appraisal License required.

  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Comprehensive understanding of USPAP, Interagency Guidelines, GSE and HUD requirements, client requirements, and applicable company policies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a highly detail-oriented approach to identifying, investigating, and resolving quality issues.

  • Experience using Excel or Google Sheets for analysis, reporting, and operational tracking is preferred.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence internal and external stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and service standards.

  • Adaptable and proactive approach to navigating complex quality challenges and changing operational requirements.

  • Ability to communicate quality expectations clearly and provide constructive guidance to appraisers and other stakeholders.

  • Strong customer-service orientation and the ability to turn client feedback into actionable quality and process improvements.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with managers, quality leaders, and cross-functional teams.

Benefits
  • Salary: $90,000–$115,000 annually.

  • Full-time remote position within the United States.

  • Opportunity to influence quality standards and operational processes across a defined appraisal territory.

  • Exposure to real estate appraisal production, quality management, regulatory requirements, and vendor operations.

  • Opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement and organizational change initiatives.

  • Collaborative environment with cross-functional interaction and opportunities to mentor and support industry professionals.

  • Potential to leverage quality-management methodologies and professional certifications to advance operational excellence.
