This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Value Engineer based in the United States.
This is a high-impact, remote-first role focused on turning generative AI into practical business value.
You will work directly with clients to identify opportunities, prototype solutions, and transform workflows using modern AI tools.
The role combines consulting, experimentation, education, and internal capability building in a highly dynamic environment.
You’ll guide stakeholders from early AI exploration through validated use cases and scalable solutions.
You’ll also design hands-on learning experiences that help teams build confidence and adopt AI effectively.
Success requires curiosity, independence, strong communication, and the ability to move quickly from ideas to execution.
Experience in mortgage, fintech, or another regulated industry is valuable, while a willingness to learn quickly is essential.
Lead client engagements to identify business challenges, scope opportunities, and deliver GenAI-powered workflows and solutions.
Translate operational and business pain points into practical LLM-based applications, prompts, workflows, and proofs of concept.
Facilitate discovery sessions, use-case sprints, prompt-engineering labs, and collaborative workshops with business, technical, and compliance stakeholders.
Rapidly prototype and test solutions using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and relevant open-source AI models.
Turn successful experiments into reusable assets, including prompt libraries, workflows, playbooks, templates, and solution frameworks.
Partner with subject matter experts, compliance teams, and technical stakeholders to validate, improve, and responsibly deploy AI concepts.
Design and facilitate GenAI learning experiences, including introductory sessions, role-specific labs, and hands-on problem-solving workshops.
Create enablement resources such as guides, videos, job aids, templates, and micro-learning materials to support AI adoption.
Serve as a trusted advisor to teams navigating AI adoption, capability gaps, workflow redesign, and organizational change.
Launch and manage internal or client-focused GenAI Labs that encourage experimentation, learning, and practical adoption.
Develop frameworks that help teams share successful experiments and build AI capabilities across the organization.
Capture client and market insights that can inform future products, content, services, and go-to-market initiatives.
3–8 years of experience in consulting, product enablement, innovation, internal strategy, learning and development, or applied business strategy.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and lead client engagements with limited supervision.
Hands-on experience applying generative AI to real-world business challenges, including prompt development, workflow design, and proof-of-concept creation.
Strong facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to connect business, compliance, and technical perspectives.
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments while maintaining strong execution and follow-through.
High curiosity, self-directed learning ability, adaptability, and a strong bias toward practical action.
Experience in mortgage, fintech, or another regulated industry is preferred, but not required for candidates who can demonstrate a strong ability to learn the domain quickly.
Familiarity with AI safety, governance, and compliance considerations is an advantage.
Experience using or teaching tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Notion, Airtable, Zapier, LangChain, or comparable technologies is beneficial.
Background in startups, consulting, innovation teams, internal strategy, or learning and development is a plus.
Fully remote position available to candidates located anywhere in the United States.
Full-time employment with working hours of approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET.
Opportunity to work at the intersection of generative AI, business transformation, consulting, and education.
Exposure to complex client challenges, including work in regulated environments.
Significant autonomy to lead experiments, client engagements, and AI learning initiatives.
Opportunity to build reusable AI solutions, frameworks, and enablement programs with broad organizational impact.
Collaborative environment focused on experimentation, continuous learning, and practical AI adoption.
Opportunity to become a trusted specialist in AI-powered business transformation, particularly within the mortgage sector.
Equal opportunity workplace committed to considering qualified candidates without discrimination based on legally protected characteristics.
