As an Instrumentation Service Technician you are responsible for onsite Preventative Maintenance and technical service (repair) visits for SEAL Analytical Analyzers.
What You Will Do:
- Perform Preventative Maintenance at customer laboratories - replace tubing and parts and test our bench top size analyzers.
- Instruct our customers in the preventative maintenance tasks needed on a daily, weekly, monthly and six month basis.
- Work directly with assigned customers to schedule service visits.
- Book flights, rental cars and hotels as needed for each weekly trip.
- Provide assistance to customers by phone, email or in person
- Repair customer instruments in our factory repair center and on site as needed.

- 2-5 years’ experience or electronic degree/certificate
- Strong interest in travel - as you will be visiting customer laboratories up to 75% of the workweek. Overnight stays are normal but weekend travel is rarely required. Mostly Continental US, with some international travel possible
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written, and the ability to interact with all levels of management and customers
- Working knowledge of Digital Electronics, including typical test equipment such as a VOM.
- Strong Mechanical aptitude
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Organized - handle travel arrangements, expense reports, customer appointments
- Valid Driver’s license and ability to obtain a passport
- Must be physically capable to move 50 lbs.
