Job Title: Technical Inside Sales Representative

Location: 1351 S Girls School Rd, Indianapolis

Reports To: General Manager

Job Type: Full Time- Salaried Exempt

Work Arrangement: On Site

Position Summary:

Provide quotes to customers and prospective customers, performs technical customer service by telephone and via written communication. Processes quotes, orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Rely on technical experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks, including CAD drawing review. Provide billing information to the accounting department for invoicing and to support the information needs of field sales personnel.

Qualifications:

• 2-year associates degree, or some college coursework in a related field
• At least 2 years’ experience in the field or in a related area in a manufacturing environment
• In-depth understanding of manufacturing product and process flow to include shipping, receiving, accounting
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Personal computer proficiency includes Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
