Product Partnerships Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Partnerships Manager based in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of product, partnerships, and developer ecosystem growth, acting as the primary entry point for inbound collaboration opportunities. You will engage with developers, startups, and enterprise teams looking to build integrations on a high-performance blockchain platform. The position plays a critical role in ensuring partner requests are efficiently qualified, routed, and tracked through to successful execution. You will work closely with product, engineering, and developer relations teams to align external demand with internal priorities. This is a highly cross-functional role where structure, clarity, and responsiveness directly shape partner experience. You will also help surface insights from inbound activity to influence product direction and ecosystem strategy. The environment is fast-moving, technical, and deeply collaborative, with a strong emphasis on precision and execution.

Accountabilities:
  • Manage and qualify the inbound partnership pipeline, serving as the first point of contact for developers, protocols, fintechs, wallets, and other integration partners exploring the platform.
  • Route and prioritize leads effectively, ensuring alignment between partner needs, product fit, and internal team ownership across engineering and product functions.
  • Maintain accurate and well-structured CRM records, ensuring all interactions, follow-ups, and handoffs are fully documented and traceable.
  • Track partner progress post-handoff, proactively identifying blockers and ensuring smooth progression toward integration and deployment.
  • Synthesize feedback, recurring requests, and ecosystem trends into structured insights shared with product and leadership teams.
  • Prepare concise partner briefs, pipeline summaries, and status updates to support internal alignment and decision-making.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, developer relations, and marketing to ensure consistent messaging and execution across partner engagements.
Requirements:

This role requires strong experience in partnerships, business development, solutions consulting, or account management within a technical or platform-driven environment. Candidates should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple inbound workstreams with precision and structure. Strong written communication skills are essential, particularly the ability to document conversations clearly enough for seamless internal handoffs. Comfort working with APIs, SDKs, and developer tooling is important, along with the ability to engage credibly with technical stakeholders. Familiarity with blockchain ecosystems, ideally including Solana and related on-chain infrastructure, is highly valuable. Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms is expected to manage pipelines and workflows effectively. A collaborative mindset, strong prioritization skills, and the ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments are key to success.

  • Experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or solutions consulting in a technical environment
  • Strong understanding of APIs, developer platforms, and integration workflows
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and structured execution
  • Excellent written communication and documentation abilities
  • Familiarity with blockchain ecosystems and on-chain infrastructure (Solana a plus)
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Ability to manage multiple inbound requests and prioritize effectively across stakeholders
