FB-Bartender-Concourse in Midland, Michigan at Great Lakes Loons

The Great Lakes Loons are seeking experienced and creative bartenders with exceptional bartending skills to complete our bar staff at Dow Diamond. A thorough knowledge of mixology, wines, liquor and cocktails is required. Be the star of the show and dazzle our guests with your engagement and mixology skills!

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• A gracious, friendly, patient and helpful attitude towards guests
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule with full availability on nights and weekends
• TIPS certificate or ServSafe Alcohol certificate required
• Working knowledge of food and beverage laws and regulations

JOB DUTIES:

• Bartend for Loons games and private banquet functions in multiple locations throughout the facility, including Dow Diamond’s Tri-Star Club located on the suite level and the Cove Bar located on the concourse level
• Check customers’ identification to ensure they are of legal drinking age
• Maintain inventory and bar supplies
• Make drinks in a quick and efficient manner
