This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Analyst, Insights & Modeling based in the United States.
This role sits at the intersection of data, storytelling, and strategy, turning complex campaign and audience data into clear, actionable insights that shape decision-making across digital programs. You will work in a fast-moving, fully remote environment where data directly informs how campaigns are built, optimized, and measured. The work spans analytics, experimentation, and modeling across large-scale influencer and social datasets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to translate performance signals into meaningful narratives. A key part of the role involves building and refining tagging and measurement models to improve how campaign outcomes are understood. This is an opportunity to influence both strategic direction and execution through rigorous analysis and insight-driven thinking.
- Lead end-to-end analysis of campaign and platform data to generate actionable insights and post-campaign reporting
- Build, maintain, and improve tagging systems using a combination of prompt engineering and machine learning approaches
- Develop dashboards and data visualizations that clearly communicate performance trends and insights to stakeholders
- Synthesize findings across multiple programs to inform future campaign strategy and optimization
- Contribute to experimental research initiatives, including scoping and analyzing randomized controlled trials (RCTs)
- Prepare presentations and share analytical learnings across internal teams and external partners
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, analysis, and modeling
- Experience with data warehousing tools such as BigQuery or GCP (plus familiarity with R is a plus)
- Proven ability to design clear, compelling dashboards and data visualizations
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfort working with social media metrics, digital campaigns, or audience engagement data
- Experience with machine learning models or NLP is a strong advantage
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into business insights
- Fully remote position based in the United States
- Salary range: $85,000 – $110,000 annually, depending on experience
