Schedule: Saturday & Sunday | 6:00 am – 10:00 pm (16-hour shifts) Pay: $45-$55/hour

We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and play a vital role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care. In this role, you’ll serve as a clinical leader—providing hands-on care, supporting staff, and ensuring our residents receive outstanding care every weekend.

What You’ll Do

· Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents/patients with compassion and professionalism

· Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care

· Monitor resident conditions and communicate updates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

· Develop and implement individualized patient care plans for long-term healthcare needs

· Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

· Complete clinical documentation including assessments, orders, progress notes, and medication records

· Observe and report changes in resident condition or medication reactions promptly

· Assist with emergency response situations, including CPR when necessary

· Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members

· Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company clinical regulations and standards

Qualifications

· Active Washington State RN license in good standing

· Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail

· Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and resident rights

· Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

· Positive attitude with a compassionate, resident-centered approach to care

· Reliable attendance and commitment to weekend scheduling

Qualifications

Education

Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing. BSN preferred.

Licenses/Certification

Current RN Licensure in the State employed.

Valid CPR Certification.

Experience

Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
