What Youll Do
  • Service existing policyholders with professionalism and care
  • Write and/or review auto, fire, and life policies
  • Cross-sell and identify coverage gaps (without being pushy)
  • Handle endorsements, billing questions, and claims support
  • Build real relationships with clientsnot just process transactions
What Were Looking For
  • Prior experience in a State Farm agency (required)
  • Active Property & Casualty and Life/Health license
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Someone who takes ownership and follows through
  • A positive, team-first attitude
