The position combines automation, infrastructure engineering, monitoring, and incident management to support high-performing systems.

- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure system reliability, performance, scalability, and availability.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions.
- Troubleshoot production incidents, minimize service disruptions, and contribute to incident resolution and continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain infrastructure automation using Infrastructure as Code practices.
- Support deployment processes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure management.
- Perform capacity planning, performance analysis, and system optimization to ensure long-term reliability.
- Develop automation scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.
- Monitor system health using modern logging and monitoring platforms.
- Contribute to reliability best practices, documentation, and improvements across engineering workflows.
- Professional experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or a related infrastructure role.
- Experience with scripting and automation using languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience managing infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows.
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across development and operations teams.
- Good understanding of networking concepts and security best practices.
- Experience with incident response, post-mortem analysis, and designing highly available systems is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Kubernetes Administrator are considered an advantage.
