• Serve as the primary clinical lead and engagement manager for clients navigating complex oncology and/or hematology conditions.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with patients and families while providing compassionate clinical guidance and education throughout their healthcare journey.
• Assess complex medical situations, identify key clinical issues, and develop strategies to address gaps or opportunities in care.
• Coordinate with clinicians, PhD scientists, care coordinators, and other specialists to evaluate treatment options, diagnostic approaches, medications, and clinical trials.
• Research and explore specialized diagnostics and emerging therapies that may provide additional options beyond the current standard of care.
• Identify and engage leading specialists and key opinion leaders to support complex cases and facilitate access to high-quality expertise.
• Collaborate with external physicians, interdisciplinary resources, and internal clinical teams to coordinate comprehensive care strategies.
• Manage or coordinate other clinical staff as needed for specific cases or service lines.
• Navigate healthcare-system barriers and logistics on behalf of clients to help them access appropriate treatment and specialized care.
• Continuously evaluate new medical developments and evidence to ensure recommendations are informed by current clinical knowledge and available options.

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in your home state.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience managing complex medical conditions in an oncology and/or hematology setting requiring advanced assessment and critical thinking.
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to evaluate complicated medical situations, identify underlying issues, and develop thoughtful solutions.
• Exceptional client-facing communication skills, including strong written and verbal communication and the ability to explain complex clinical information clearly and compassionately.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining a professional and composed demeanor when working with clients and families under pressure.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a willingness to challenge obvious answers, investigate alternatives, and continuously expand clinical knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, persistent approach to overcoming barriers and achieving the best possible outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, clinical professionals, researchers, care coordinators, and other stakeholders.
• Comfort working with technology and navigating multiple digital platforms for documentation, communication, research, and care coordination.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to establish credibility with patients, families, healthcare professionals, and clinical experts.
• A highly collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take ownership and do what is necessary to deliver excellent client outcomes.
• Additional experience combining oncology expertise with another complex clinical discipline is a significant advantage.

• Target annual base salary of $135,000–$140,000 USD, with individual compensation determined by experience, location, market conditions, and other relevant factors.
