The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

• Positive Pay Exception Item Processing/Returns
• ACH Processing (returns, notifications of change)
• Stop Payment Processing
• Remote Deposit Capture Item/Return Processing
• Wire Transfer Processing
• Knowledge of the Funds and Files Transfer Services and Operating Rules
• Strong working knowledge of banking regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel

Duties:

• Provide support for internal and external customers on complex daily digital banking services (online/mobile banking, bill pay, external transfers, Zelle, eStatements, etc.)
• Work with external vendors to resolve customer issues and inquiries
• ACH, Wire, and Item & Exception Processing
• Work with the team to build library of process documentation, procedures and tools while identifying opportunities to improve, simplify and make processes more efficient

Preferred experience will include:

• Knowledge of ACH Rules
• Fiserv Premier
