- Facilitate video and audio intake calls, providing responsive customer support while accurately triaging and routing requests.
- Coordinate on-demand and scheduled language service requests for key customers, ensuring efficient and accurate handling.
- Deliver consistently high-quality customer interactions, meeting established behavioral and technical call-quality standards.
- Record and track calls, scheduling requests, client information, and relevant notes accurately within internal systems.
- Provide a professional, helpful, and solutions-oriented customer experience across every interaction.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and contribute to improved service delivery.
- Manage multiple requests and priorities effectively while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness in a high-volume environment.
- Work independently within a decentralized remote structure while collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience, particularly in a call center or service-oriented environment, is preferred.
- Experience using call center software and scheduling tools, with the ability to quickly learn proprietary systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with fluent English proficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service while remaining positive, professional, and composed in a fast-paced, multi-line environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; experience with Google Docs and Apple/Mac operating systems is preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet with sufficient bandwidth to support remote video and audio calls.
- Ability to work independently without relying on direct supervision while maintaining high standards of accountability and integrity.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple requests and initiatives.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through when documenting calls, scheduling information, and customer interactions.
