Compensation: $18.00 to $32.00 Per Flat Rate Hr. | Experience-based
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM | Weekends Off!

Requirements:Key Responsibilities:
- Perform multi-point inspections and all phases of vehicle reconditioning
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain pre-owned inventory to dealership standards
- Collaborate closely with service advisors and sales teams
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Stay current with manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices
Qualifications:
- ASE Accredited Preferred But Not Required
- All skill levels considered
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to quality workmanship and continuous improvement
