What You'll Do

- Assemble, align, and fit components for industrial gearboxes to technical drawings, repair specs, and tolerances.
- Inspect, clean, and prep parts for assembly — quality starts before the first bolt goes on.
- Use precision tools (micrometers, dial indicators, torque wrenches) to verify accuracy at every step.
- Apply proper lubrication, sealing, and fastening techniques for repairs that last.
- Team up with machinists, technicians, and engineers to troubleshoot and solve assembly challenges.
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe, following shop safety protocols.

What You Bring

- Proven mechanical assembly experience — industrial equipment, gearboxes, or rotating machinery
preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and repair manuals.
- Comfort with precision measuring instruments and hand/power tools.
