Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Must be willing to travel (domestic and international).
- Supervise and coordinate the deployment schedule for deployed Quality Control representatives for all Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA) sites.
- Ensure all employee training requirements are met.
- Generate and follow-up on a Corrective Action and Route Cause Analysis requests.
- Provide employees direction and interpretation of all Quality Contractual, Customer, Regulatory, and company requirements.
- Act as a liaison with customer, Quality Assurance Evaluators, and Quality Assurance Specialists.
- Interface with Registrar during third party AS9100 Rev D certification and/or surveillance visits.
- Generate and sustain quality site-specific aviation safety procedures per DCMA INST 8210.1.
- Retrieve inspection and/or audit data from overseas Quality Control representatives.
- Populate SharePoint Quality Dashboard and provide metrics (as required).
- Conduct annual site visits to ensure policies and procedures are met and discuss any employee concerns.
- Attend Program Management Review (PMR) annually.
- Other duties and requirements as identified and/or prescribed to meet program requirements.
Required Education and Experience
- Must have at least five (5) years’ experience in aircraft maintenance with at least three (3) years’ experience in a leadership and/or management role equivalent to a U.S. Air Force maintenance or Production Superintendent.
- Must have at least one (1) year on the MQ-1 and/or MQ-9 aircraft.
- Must have three (3) years of Quality practitioner experience.
- Must have a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education or certification.
- Experience in maintaining adherence to Air Force, DCMA, and federal government instructions, regulations, and policies. Possess excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead a team at multiple sites.
- AS9100 Internal Auditor trained/certified.
- Experience serving on a Quality Corrective Action Board (CAB)
- Previous experience with AF Special Operations customer.
- Experience using SharePoint platform.
- LEAN/Six Sigma experience.
- Skilled in Virtual Basic Applications for Microsoft Excel.
- Weight and Balance certified.
- Experience using SAP.
- Must understand Microsoft Office applications to include Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Eligible and obtain (if required) a DoD Personnel Security Clearance.
- Must have a valid U.S. Passport.
- Must successfully complete CONUS Recovery Center (CRC) training to deploy.
- Must comply with all company Information Systems security policies and procedures.
Language Skills
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Must have the ability to
read, analyze, and interpret the complex word and technical documents/diagrams.
Must be able to effectively communicate orally and in writing and work effectively as part of a
team.
Reasoning Ability and Mathematical Skills
Must be able to analyze problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. An
ability to interpret complex customer requirements and attitudes from verbal, non-verbal, and
written communication is desirable. Must be able to calculate figures and numbers, and
percentages and be able to draw and interpret graphs. Ability to read and understand electrical
schematics and drawings.
