Overview

The Inside Sales Representative in Insurance Customer Success Sales will support revenue growth by developing subscription opportunities, increasing customer utilization, and helping insurance customers better understand the value of Eagleview’s imagery, measurements, and property data solutions. The ideal candidate brings an interest in the insurance industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to connect customer needs to practical solutions that improve claims, underwriting, and policy-related workflows.

This is a full-time remote role with a base compensation of $19-$21.63/hr and a commission target of $20,000



Responsibilities

  • Prospect, develop, and close subscription opportunities within the insurance market to support revenue growth and customer adoption.
  • Support insurance accounts by driving user-level utilization, product education, and engagement with Eagleview imagery and property data solutions.
  • Partner with sales and customer-facing teams to identify adoption trends, expansion opportunities, and account needs that may create larger customer conversations.
  • Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, and virtual engagement to educate prospects and customers, reactivate users, and convert opportunities into subscription revenue.
  • Present the value of Eagleview’s high-quality aerial imagery, measurements, and property data in the context of claims accuracy, underwriting confidence, and better property decision-making.
  • Manage and maintain an active pipeline in CRM, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate forecasting, and clear visibility into sales and utilization activities.
  • Use consultative selling skills to understand customer workflows, identify needs, and position Eagleview as a trusted resource for insurance professionals and carrier stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on insurance industry trends, customer behavior, competitive solutions, and internal priorities to uncover incremental revenue and adoption opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required

Preferred Experience:

  • Insurance industry experience or exposure preferred, especially experience tied to claims, underwriting, policy writing, property data, or customer-facing insurance workflows.
  • Previous experience in inside sales, outbound selling, customer success, account development, or a related consultative role preferred.
  • Ability to quickly learn new products, customer workflows, and the role of imagery and property data in insurance decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com; familiarity with sales engagement and enablement tools preferred but not required.
  • Strong communicator with consultative listening skills and the ability to connect customer activity to broader business outcomes.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing a pipeline of sales opportunities, utilization follow-ups, and customer adoption activities.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets, activity metrics, utilization goals, and revenue objectives.
