HR Assistant – Temporary Part-Time

The HR Assistant will provide temporary, part-time support to the HR team with day-to-day employee onboarding and administrative responsibilities. This position will assist with ensuring new employees complete required onboarding steps and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

• Assist with day-to-day employee onboarding processes
• Communicate with new employees regarding required paperwork and onboarding requirements
• Track completion of onboarding tasks and follow up on outstanding items
• Enter and maintain accurate employee information in HR systems
• Assist with pre-employment requirements, including background checks and drug testing
• Maintain organized and confidential employee records
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team
• Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed

• Previous experience in HR, recruiting, onboarding, or administrative support preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Experience with Paylocity is a plus

Pay: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-time, approximately 6 hours per day
Employment Type: Temporary
Duration: Through the end of 2026
